Day 33

My plants are completely dead and this will be my last post.

Day 26

My plants are completely dead. R.I.P date of death April 12 2014. The plants were very good plants and every one loved them they will be missed. Please write what you thought of my plants in the commet section. Thank you.

Day 22

Our plants pedals are falling off NOOOOO. They will die complety pretty soon. The plants also smell really bad I don't know why they smell so bad is it because they are dying they didn't smell bad a few days ago.

Day 20

There is not going to be a picture today because we did not do anything except pollenate. I also figured out that our plants will die in about a week. I will miss them. We will no when they start to die because all there leaves and pedals will fall off.

Day 19

 My plants flowered today so i'm pretty happy about that. Today was the day i got to pollenate my flowers and when I got done my bee was bright yellow with pollen. it is amazing how much pollen a bee can collect. My partners has a lot of flowers and I think he might be giving his plant some kind of growth serum. I will have to start watching him.

Day 18

 Our plants grew a ton over the weekend. Mine is 14 1/2 cem. and my partners is 22 cem. His plants bloomed and he gets to put dead bees on them today while mine should bloom tomorrow so that sucks. My teacher said that once they bloom that's when they will stop growing. So it is kinda good that mine haven't bloomed yet so they will still grow.

Day 15

 The buds started sprout a little on my partners plant. His started to sprout first because he has the tallest plant out of both classes it is 11 and a halve centimeters tall. Mine is only 8 centimeters but it will get there. I really hope they start to bloom quick because I to rub dead bees on them.

Day 14

 Are plants haven't done much today all we really did was take a picture of them. Today I noticed the buds are getting bigger and probably going to bloom soon so that will be cool. And think about this it is only day 14 that's really fast. Guess which one is mine. its the one on the right the small one. I truly thought mine would be bigger because I used a lot of fertilizer well I guess that's not the case. I will post tomorrow hopefully the flowers bloom. BYE BYE.

Day 13

 Today I measured my plant and it grew again it's now 5 centimeters. While I was measuring I noticed little flower buds on them. They are really small but you can still see them. That just goes to show you why they are called Wisconsin Fast Growing Plants. there are 21 buds and 18 leaves that is a lot for 13 days. Most of my plants are the same height but my partners are not. He has three big ones and one small one the small one is the one he transplanted.  We also had to raise the light so they wouldn't hit it. They grow up so fast.

Day 12

Today some of our plants started to tip and  we had to straighten them out and put some soil in them to. I can tell they grew a lot because when I looked at mine in the morning I saw a huge difference. I can't tell you what the measurement is but  know it is taller and I will tell you tomorrow. also my plant is on the top. Mine is very small compared to my partners

Day 11

our plants are doing much better today my tallest plant measures 3 cen. and his is 5 cen. his plants are doing way better than mine because he is using only 3 fertilizer and i'm using  6 because i'm experiment so I had to use 6. I hope and think they will start growing flower buds soon mainly because I want to rub dead bee's on them. it will be fun watching the girls put the dead bee's on them because they will scream.

Day 8

 

they have barley done anything it is BORING watching plants  grow. it only grew half a centimeter. and they are not doing well compared to my partners. mine is on the right his is on the left. in total there are 19 leaves.

Day 7

today is day 7 and nothing happened:). the one on the top right is the tallest so he is the leader.I will  post tomorrow with more information.

Day 6

Today I went to school because I'm feeling better.  we transplanted and thinned them out if you don't know what that means then I will tell you. It means we had to take out one of our two plants and throw them out but if one of our plants did not grow then we would put one of the plants in the pod that did not grow. I measured my plants today. my tallest one I 1 and a half cen. all together there are 16 leaves in total. I will talk more about this later.

Day 4

so far these are what our plants look like after four days. No wonder why they are called Wisconsin fast growing plants. I do not know which one is mine and which one is my partners but I think mine is on the right because I loaded mine with fertilizer. I have been sick for the past few days so I haven't been at school that's why there is not a lot of information about my plants. I will keep updating (hopefully with some decent information) BYE.

A new experiment

This science unit we will be growing  drum roll please. WISCONSIN FAST GROWING PLANT!!!
I think this unit is going to be fun because we will get to post about it everyday and we can use whatever liquid we want to help it grow. Does MNT.Dew help a plant grow?
